Sr Automation Anywhere Project Managers - on site
Looking to build a team with 2 experienced Automation Anywhere Pronject managers to work with an Architect and 4+ Developers. You have led multiple RPA projects for 2-5+ years of strong, real-world experience of Automation Anywhere.
We are looking for a RPA 2 project managers to coordinate a team of 10 with Architect and Developers who will be responsible for the successful design and development of RPA solutions. You will coordinate in Agile methodology the stand ups and meetings with team and business teams. This project will design and develop Intelligent Automation solutions that leverage AI, Machine Learning and RPA which you are very familiar with. You are PMP or Scrum master certified or both.

Strong experience overseeing previous Automation Anywhere Integration/ Interface projects with Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Outlook/ Adobe PDF/ Web-sites.
Excellent communication skills and client-facing interaction experience
Automation Anywhere Experience is a must-have skill-set for this position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- oversee the team who is translating the customer's business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions
- Leading the team as they Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements
- Maintain proper project plans and oversee budgets along with documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios
- Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation
- Help provide input on technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans
- Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions
- Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities
- Provide post-Go-Live oversight and support to Operations throughout stabilization phase
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on RPA Solutions and projects
- Minimum 8-10+ years of overall IT development experience
- Prior PM with Automation Anywhere RPA projects preferably in Automation Anywhere 360
- Competency and experience managing significant and effective scaled deployments
- Adept at process assessments, and understand applications of RPA in different business domains
