Job Title: AEM Architect -Remote/EST time zone
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Certified Adobe AEM Architect and Developer
Adobe AEM 6.5
Integration with Analytics, Target, Campaign
Sling,OSGI,JCR
Experience in designing solutions
Good experience is required on Java, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, XML, Jquery and JSON web technologies.
Integration with APIs
Technical Designing Experience
Adobe Experience Cloud with all deployment architecture
Consulting with clients to understand their needs and provide technical recommendations
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Experience with Agile/Scrum Project Implementation
2. Great communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical
and business users
3. Presenting architectural designs and technical solutions to client and stakeholders
4. Managing client expectations and ensuring that the solution meets their needs
5. Provides oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of
AEM based projects
6. Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of Adobe projects across all tracks viz-
Frontend, Middleware, Backend, Env setup & planning etc.
7. Designing and Managing end to end MSM and DevOps architecture
8. Very Good knowledge of Java Content Repository (API) suite,Sling web framework
and Apache Felix OSGi framework
9. Strong on Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless and latest features.
10. Working with Adobe AMS or Cloud service environments
11. Strong in end to end project standard documentation delivery like Design.
12. Onsite and Offshore team coordination with client
13. Demonstrates knowledge of Adobe's broader suite of digital experience management (DXM)
technologies, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
Able to implement SEO techniques to ensure that AEM content is easily discoverable by search engines.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
1. Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
2. Demonstrated ability to use common Java design patterns and a working knowledge of
AEM best practice to create custom templates, components and dialogs
3. Demonstrated knowledge of Java development and deployment tools, Maven,
Git, Jenkins, Sonar etc. & CICD environment
4. Experience developing systems using Agile methodologies
5. Experience in documenting use cases, system test scripts, and user acceptance test scripts
6. Demonstrated knowledge of Business Analysis modeling tools (e.g. Activity Diagrams, Process
Flows, State Diagrams)
Demonstrates knowledge of accessibility standards and the ability to build AEM solutions
that are accessible to users with disabilities. Education
BE/MCA Any engineering
Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 a year
