Sutter West Bay Medical Group has an opportunity for a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a premier, innovative, and rapidly growing group of providers. Opportunity Details:
As part of our integrated practice, you will provide care across three clinical sites with a total annual delivery volume of 7,000 and an average daily NICU census of 36.
Management of micropreemies with advanced ventilation techniques
Small Baby Unit
Surgical services
Therapeutic hypothermia
Neonatal transport coordination
Clinical Sites:
California Pacific Medical Center (Primary location - 90% of shifts):
Regional 35-bed Level III NICU
Active well-baby service
Large maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) program
Transport services and high-risk perinatal navigation
Comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support via partnership with Stanford Children's Hospital
Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital:
12-bed Community Level III NICU
Mills Peninsula Hospital:
Level II NICU
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Active California medical license (preferred or required prior to start)

SWBMG works in partnership with Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF), a non-profit organization providing care through its affiliation with SWBMG. Physicians work as a team to provide patient-focused care that encourages a sense of teamwork. SPMF provides physicians with an administrative infrastructure, allowing physicians to focus on patient care.
