This position is fully funded from the MnMTSS Grant for the 2025-2026 school year.
This position will work on coordinating, leading, and developing the MnMTSS framework and plan, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, providing coaching and assistance related to MnMTSS, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Director of Special Services.
Position is 228 days per year.

Salary Range: 90,000-95,000

Essential Functions
- Coordinates, leads, and develops the MnMTSS framework and plan for the organization.
- Monitors and ensures compliance, implementation fidelity, and adherence to district procedures, state guidelines, and federal regulations.
- Provides coaching, professional development, and technical assistance regarding MnMTSS.
- Supports staff with managing, analyzing, and utilizing student data.
- Supports administration and staff with family engagement to support student success with MnMTSS.
- Assists individual schools in implementing teaming structures, master scheduling, core supplemental, and intensive supports.
- Attends and supports Personalized Learning Communities (PLC) in fidelity of implementation of MnMTSS.
- Attends and supports MnMTSS Meetings (SAT).
- Participates and serves on various district committees and professional organizations.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in education, or related field and considerable experience coordinating and implementing school programs, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.
Special Requirements
- Administrative License or enrolled in an administrative licensure program, preferred.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural setting and with diverse groups of people preferred.
- Alternatives to the qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable will also be considered.
- Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota.
