Responsibilities
Leads a technology team in HR Learning services, serves as the Systems Administrator of organization's LMS and provides outstanding support to both external (Leadership) and internal customers (Human Resources). Ensures the integrity and accuracy for MyNorthside Learning LMS transactions, procedures, report writing, and processes. Manages the day-to-day functional workflow including providing the HR department team members with leadership, direction, and training, as well as leading continuous process improvement initiatives. Evaluates, tests, and implements LMS enhancements and upgrades as well as analyzes data and provides analytical reports to internal customers.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
B.S. in Technology, Education, Instructional Design or related field from an accredited college and/or at least 6 years of work related experience as an LMS Administrator/Instructional Designer/eLearning Specialist/Technical Trainer. Minimum of 5 years managing Learning Management System staff. Minimum of 5 years' experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Docebo, Net Learning or other similar system. Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard software applications typically used in a corporate office environment; Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) experience required. High level of customer service Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks Strong attention to detail
