- Demonstrate proficiency in various surgical procedures and techniques
- Utilize the Cerner documentation system for accurate record-keeping
- Adhere to a variable schedule with on-call requirements
- Be flexible to float to other departments as needed
- Wear scrubs provided by the facility during shifts
