Construction Manager - Mechanical Estimating, Industrial Piping

We are seeking a Construction Manager in IN to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves estimating project costs, project management, hiring/growing the division, coordinating with various teams, dealing with unions, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of mechanical construction projects, specifically in industrial piping.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality of work are maintained.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, particularly in mechanical and industrial piping projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimating techniques and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in construction.
