Executive Assistant to the CEO ofAdvanced Materials
In October, 2024 Honeywell announcedthe spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alonepublicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that thisrole, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of thisfuture transaction when the separation occurs.
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Advanced Materials here at Honeywell,you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and the leadership team indriving the success of the business unit. You will be responsible for managingthe CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handlingconfidential information with discretion. You will report directly to the CEOand work out of our Advanced Materials headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO andgain exposure to the strategic decision-making process. You will contribute tothe success of the business unit by providing high-level administrative supportand ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including coordinating meetings andappointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials
- Handle complex travel arrangements, expenses and logistics for the CEO
- Maintainconfidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO's decision-makingprocess
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, includingemployees, customers, and partners
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensureefficient operation of the CEO's office

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years'experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-levelexecutives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- The candidatemust be accessible and able to work flexible hours, including evenings andweekends when needed.
