Delaware North seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. Our ideal candidate is a Detail-oriented and highly analytical HR professional seeking to advance their career in a global company. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will engage in the design, development, execution, and communication of company compensation programs, tools, and processes. Additionally, you will conduct analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives to assess internal equity, external competitiveness, and ensure legal compliance with the organization's pay practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the use of Workday to ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and process automation, and perform audits to ensure data integrity of job architecture and compensation plans.
  • Assist in the development of compensation metric reports to provide key stakeholders with timely and relevant information.
  • Participate in special projects related to compensation and job architecture.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and workflows to drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation guidelines, budgets, pay equity, FLSA classifications, and track regulatory changes and trends and advise HR and management of upcoming changes.
  • Participate in compensation surveys, conduct research and analysis on market trends.
  • Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine appropriate job level and salary range.
  • Assist with the annual merit and incentive compensation programs.
  • Work with HRIS & Payroll staff to ensure the HRIS system(s) meets compensation needs and is updated timely to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
  • Provide education to HR and business on compensation policy, processes, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Flexibility in handling workflow in a multi-tasking environment, and adjusting to changing priorities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years human resources, data analysis, or related experience.
  • Workday experience highly desired.
