Job Description:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document resident health changes promptly.
- Participate in care planning and contribute to the assessment of resident needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Must be willing to work every other weekend and rotate holidays.
- Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a strong dedication to resident care.
