Roles & Responsibilities 1. Service Delivery Oversight: Manage the delivery of technical services, including delivery planning, execution, and monitoring.
2. Team Management: Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
3. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring that services are delivered to the required quality standards.
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that services are delivered to the required quality standards, and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
9. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and provide regular reports, dashboards, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
10.Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 a year
