Targeted Victory is looking for individuals with education, interest, and experience in Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Reputation Management to join our team as a Managing Director on the Corporate team. This individual must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail, an eye for design, and a knack for writing.

Targeted Victory is looking for individuals with education, interest, and experience in Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Reputation Management to join our team as a Managing Director on the Corporate team. This individual must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail, an eye for design, and a knack for writing.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in strategic communications to develop and execute effective media strategies
- Develop and execute campaign plans, including creative/production and social media projects
- Prepare and present client-facing reports and memos
- Manage media, and digital operational budgets
- Oversee technical projects, such as website edits or maintenance of Targeted Victory's
- Oversee day-to-day activities for multiple clients with the assistance of several support team members
- Manage support team members and collaborate with other client leads to help provide guidance and leadership to client strategy teams
- Deliver updates on client dynamics, team operations, and other relevant information to the company's senior leadership
Qualifications
This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Should have an established network of relationships with national and/or right-of-center press and media outlets
- Possess a strong background in crafting messaging and managing media relations to drive engagement and impact
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple teams and clients
- Minimum of five+ years of previous political or communications experience in a Capitol Hill office or in a campaign or agency environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- High level of motivation and ability to thrive in campaign-style work environment
- Willing to work flexible hours and be responsive when necessary
- Ability to meet client deadlines and navigate high-pressure situations
- Team player, leader, and eager to help where needed
- Ability to grasp new skills quickly
