- Work in a unit with 36 beds and a staff of 2
- Day shift comprises 1 RN and 1 social worker, no case management on night shifts
- Patient ratios are 1 RN to 25 patients
- No specific equipment is used
- Involvement in discharge planning and care progression
- Communication with medical teams
- Best personality fit: Open-minded and proactive

Floating Areas: Med/Surg ICU
Dress Code: Business casual or navy scrubs required
Weekends and On-Call: One weekend a month with rotating holidays
