Quest is seeking a highly interactive candidate with the skills and desire to provide support and mentorship to operations technicians and the drive in pursuit of relentless continuous improvement. You will be part of a multi-disciplined team, providing expertise and guidance on operations and product support issues. This position can be defined as an Electronics Manufacturing support engineer with experience working with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and electro-mechanical assembly, testing and troubleshooting to component level.

What You will Do:
- Support, guide and mentor Operations and test personnel
- Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA (Circuit Card Assemblies) and component levels
- Resolution of issues on production lines and in testing (including suppliers)
- Failure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation
- Performing analog and digital circuit analysis and characterizing and modeling electrical signals of electronics subsystems in simulation
- Identifying and instantiating circuit card and subassembly design updates
- Generate work instructions, test plans and data collection required to build and test electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Generate and maintain SAP work center and routings for active products.
Work Experience
How You Will Get Here:
- Must wear static-control and personal protective equipment.
- Bachelor's degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR Advanced Degree in a related field OR In absence of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience performing engineering support in CCA, or electronics assembly environment.
- Knowledge of printed circuit board and component function and fabrication
- Experience with SAP, Teamcenter, CAD design/review, Work instruction generation and support
- Experience with test equipment, test automation, and test data collection
- Experience with Test equipment introduction, qualification, troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements.
- Knowledge and experience proposing and implementing Engineering Change Notices
- Experience debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
- SAP experience very helpful
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen
