Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Semiconductor Reliability Manager of technical expert type in the US to guide and complement the Reliability team in China, and work on upcoming new projects especially MPC and Modules. The major responsibilities are to help manage the process to ensure our new products (i.e. MPC, Modules) meet and exceed reliability targets, by collaborating with design, applications, manufacturing, and test teams. This role is also expected to well support CQE and directly communicate to US and EU customers on our reliability standards, processes, and data interpretation.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $165,000 - $200,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve reliability strategies for integrated circuits and electronic modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure that reliability considerations are integrated into the design process, using tools such as FMEA, FIT, and statistical modeling.
- Partner with application, manufacturing, and test teams to integrate reliability considerations.
- Review and improve reliability data management, guide statistical analysis, on reliability performance and trends.
- Continuously stay informed about new reliability standards and their potential impact on our business especially on Automotive and AI / Data-center applications.
- Evaluate the relevance and applicability of new and existing reliability standards to our products, processes, and operations, considering factors such as product complexity, customer requirements, and market trends.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps in our current reliability practices and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years in semiconductor reliability with ICs and modules, seasoned in Reliability Qualification standards and tests, including the best practice of STRM, HAST, Safe-Launch etc.
- Expert knowledge and outstanding analytical skills in failure mechanisms, test methods, statistical analysis tools, design for reliability, SEMI standards.
- Experience working in the semiconductor industry is a must, expert of industry standards and regulations, such as JEDEC, IEC, and ISO.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Automotive standards experience (e.g., AEC-Q100).
