Description
The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies across all hotels, with a focus on the Group, Business Travel, Contract, and Catering Segments. This role will also support the growth of third-party management contracts by promoting our expertise to prospective owners, participating in RFPs and pitch meetings, and fostering strong relationships with asset managers and owners.
Responsibilities
Represent our property in industry panels, advisory boards, and brand-related opportunities.
Develop key sales performance metrics to align with budgeted top-line and NOI goals.
Meet or exceed sales activity, productivity, and booking goals.
Oversee sales strategies for portfolio and individual hotel needs, ensuring alignment with market trends and ownership expectations.
Deliver comprehensive performance reports for ownership groups
Qualifications
Must have Hilton Experience and have all Hilton certifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Ability to travel as needed, up to 80% of the time.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Minimum of 5 years of executive-level sales and marketing experience in a multi-brand hotel management company
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
