Overview of project/skills required: We are seeking a data-driven AI ROI & Value Measurement Lead to evaluate the business impact of GenAI tools and other AI initiatives across our organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing approaches to quantify AI-driven productivity gains, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in business analytics, value assessment, and AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate should be able to support and provide value in the following initiatives:

• AI Value Measurement Strategy: Develop frameworks to measure the ROI of AI use cases, following a structured approach of business discovery, baseline quantification, and impact assessment.
• Use Case Evaluation: Identify and prioritize AI initiatives that offer the highest business value, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Work with business units, finance, and operations teams to establish KPIs, source baseline metrics, and track realized AI benefits.
• Impact Surveys & Feedback Loops: Design and conduct AI impact surveys to measure improvements in employee productivity, innovation, and job satisfaction.
• ROI Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, data-driven reports on AI performance, providing insights to leadership and making the case for continued AI investments.
• Best Practices Implementation: Leverage industry benchmarks and real-world AI performance data to refine measurement methodologies.
• Optimization & Scaling: Identify opportunities for further efficiency gains and AI-driven business process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in business analytics, data analytics, AI strategy, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Experience working with GenAI tools. Should be well aware of the current AI landscape in the Tech industry, emerging trends and new GenAI tools and technologies. Program management tools like Jira, Jira dashboards, etc.
• Knowledge in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau) and AWS-GCP cloud certifications is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate AI capabilities into quantifiable business outcomes and long-term value strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience collaborating with executives, operations leaders, and AI teams to drive measurable impact.
• Communication: Strong ability to convey complex ROI concepts in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to deliver AI workshops.
• Highly adaptable professional with a proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, Agile and flexible in responding to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in AI/ML product analytics, digital transformation, or business intelligence.
• Experience with conducting A/B tests, piloting AI tools, and tracking their impact
• Keen interest and deep knowledge in emerging AI technologies
