Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defense sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, within the defense sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to government and military clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a startup environment.
  • Exsisting relationships in the Defense sector.
