Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a reputable law firm specializing in Lemon Law and Personal Injury.About the Role:

This firm is looking for a litigation attorney with less than five years of experience to become part of their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience, including taking depositions and responding to written discovery, and should be eager to develop their skills under strong mentorship. Trial experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions and respond to written discovery
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
• Manage caseload and deadlines effectively
• Engage in legal research, drafting motions, and case preparation

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• 1-5 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team

Compensation:

• $95,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
