Prime Purpose Of Role:
Perpetual Americas Funds Services ("PAFS") serves as sponsor to Perpetual Americas Funds Trust (the "Trust"), a multi-affiliate mutual fund trust, as well as a series of Delaware Statutory Trusts ("Ryder Court") together the "Funds". PAFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Perpetual Limited, an Australia listed asset manager. Using PAFS's distribution platform, Perpetual leverages PAFS to distribute affiliate products in the US market. As of August 30th, the Trust housed 20 funds representing 4 affiliates and $8.0B in AUM and the Ryder Court Funds housed 8 funds representing 2 affiliates and $2.1B in AUM.
Collaborating closely with the CEO / President of Perpetual Americas Funds Trust, Trust CCO, PAFS CCO and PAFS Operations Manager, this position will have an integral role in a growing organization. This position will work to ensure that the Funds are positioned appropriately to address ongoing financial, tax and regulatory frameworks.
It is important for this individual to have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and a knowledge of mutual fund and private fund (3c-1) investment accounting and tax.

Main Responsibilities (Trust):
- Serve as the Treasurer/Principal Financial Officer of the Trust.
- Ensure execution of risk-focused oversight model that addresses all aspects of the Funds operations including custody, accounting, valuation, financial reporting and tax-related matters.
- Implement, document and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, specifically key controls to mitigate risks; continuously evaluate the risk environment and adjust controls and processes as needed.
- Review financial statements applying technical expertise; execute disclosure control procedures; and certify to internal controls over financial reporting.
- Oversee the coordination of all audit efforts with service providers and external auditors to ensure financial reporting deadlines at me.
- Key participant and member of Valuation Designee Committee of the Trust ensuring accurate and complete pricing and valuation of securities through sound policies and procedures.
- Review all fund-related regulatory filings, such as Forms N-CSR, N-PORT, N-CEN, N-1A, FinCen Form 114 and F-BAR; participate in efforts to respond to regulatory requests and inquiries.
- Manage relationships and contracts with the Trust's third-party service providers.
- Participate in various fund-related initiatives, such as new product launches, fund mergers, reorganizations, and liquidations.
- Oversee the implementation of new regulatory rules.
- Develop relationships with the Board of Trustees of the Trust, especially the Audit Committee Chair, and prepare materials to summarize oversight results to the Board of Trustees.
- Work with Treasury & Budgeting team of administrator to set budgets, monitors expenses and pay fund invoices.
Main Responsibilities (Ryder Court):
- Working with Partnership Services to set annual fund level budgets, monitor for variances and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Oversee the coordination of all audit efforts as well as production of annual K-1, K-2 tax forms.
- Manage relationships and contracts with the Trust's third-party service providers.
- Review and/or prepare regulatory filings, including Form F-BAR.

Experience
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the investment management industry
- Technical expertise required in accounting, tax, and regulatory matters as it related to registered investment companies.
- Controls-minded with deep appreciation for maintaining a strong control environment by adhering to and continuously evaluation policies and procedures.
