About the Role:

We are seeking a brilliant, experienced Strategy Director to lead and innovate content strategy for high-profile global accounts. Working across a portfolio of brands, this role is ideal for hybrid minds - flexing from big thinking at scale to insight-led optimization.

Our strategy practice stretches from refining and collaborating to deliver on client initiatives to engineering content and production models to transform businesses. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of brand development, audience insights, and content excellence, as well as a proven ability to drive strategy across beauty, skincare, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of content strategies for global clients, ensuring alignment with their broader business objectives and growth goals.
  • Content model development: Work with global leadership to define and establish global content creation and production models to drive impact across world-leading brands.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing high-level strategic counsel and ensuring the delivery of results-driven solutions.
  • Content Innovation: Work with creative leadership to oversee the creation of content that resonates with target audiences, leveraging insights, trends, and data to drive engagement and performance.
  • Global Brand Stewardship: Lead the strategy for global accounts across multiple markets, ensuring consistency in messaging and approach while tailoring strategies to regional nuances.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure content initiatives are effectively executed and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content strategy, sharing insights with both internal teams and clients.

Required experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in content strategy or related fields, with a strong background in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading strategy on global accounts, with the ability to scale content strategies across multiple regions and markets.
  • Experience in social strategy and hyper current understanding on platforms and channels (emerging and established).
  • Expertise in industries such as beauty, skincare, and CPG with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
  • Strong track record of developing content strategies that drive business results, enhance brand presence, and engage audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams, driving collaboration and fostering a positive, high-performance environment.
