- Strong knowledge of the relevant .... module having designed and built solutions in the relevant space
- At least 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementations demonstrating hands on design and configuration/build skills
- Ideally 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
- Responsibilities: Review business requirements, propose solutions and estimate ethe amount of work required to do the work
- Manage delivery of the work item. Pending effort of the work item, manage the team members (on shore/offshore) that are supporting the delivery.
- Administrative team leadership skills: Team progress reporting, Managing Actions, Risks and Issues and documenting decisions.
Module skills
- SAP TSW Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of SAP TSW module, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Customization and Configuration: Configure SAP TSW module according to business requirements, including settings for product movements, scheduling, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD).
- Enhancements and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within SAP TSW, collaborating with stakeholders to implement enhancements and drive efficiencies in supply chain operations.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of SAP TSW with other SAP modules and external systems, such as ERP systems, third-party logistics providers, and trading partners, utilizing SAP PI/PO or other middleware solutions.
- User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues, troubleshooting system errors, and delivering training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of SAP TSW functionalities.
Soft skills
- Strong communication and advisory skills. Must have sr. consulting level skills to present their ideas to client and convince his/her client stakeholders of the directions to take. A technically focused consultant will not be successful in the role.
- Strong listening skills. Must have discussions with client process owners and understand business requirements and translate those into solutions
