Medical Center is seeking a Interventional Radiologist to join our healthcare team. - Schedule: Hospital based position with overnight and weekend call Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with call from 5 PM - 8 AM - The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing minimally invasive procedures with advanced imaging techniques. - Perform a broad range of interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, biopsies, drainages, and tumor ablations. - Utilize imaging modalities such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI for precise procedure guidance. - Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to create personalized treatment plans for patients. - Educate patients about procedures, address concerns, and ensure proper informed consent. - Document patient information accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record (EMR). - Mentor and train residents and junior staff in interventional techniques and best practices. - Contribute to quality assurance and process improvement initiatives within the department. - Stay current with advancements and new techniques in interventional radiology through continuing education. - This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and manage both in-house duties and on-call responsibilities. - Flexible employment options: Access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology Supportive work environment fostering work-life balance W2 or 1099 employment structure Requiements: BC/BE Radiology with a fellowship in Interventional Radiology.
