We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Program and Project Management II to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Program and Project Management II to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Facilitating project planning, analyzing financial information, modifying processes and ensuring proper documentation for the projects they're overseeing.
- Able to formulate a project plan and track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, issues and escalations for the entirety of the project.
- Experience in financial industry and financial regulatory reporting program management.
- Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned with operational and strategic objectives
- Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders
- Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources
- Formulates and defines scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational and/or industry requirements.
- Develops business requirements for medium to large sized projects. Formulates and defines project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions using existing documented processes based upon user needs as well as a thorough knowledge of the application, business, operations and industry. functional specifications write up is a plus.
- Ability to create presentations for leadership regarding steering forum status updates, issue management and visualizations.
- Must have worked as a Liaison between Development and Business partners.
- Strong partnership capabilities between technology, business and other areas of the bank acting as a bridge across the bank for transparency for the program.
- Strong writing skills which allow fungibility between project management and business requirements write ups if required
- Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues.
- End to end accountability of project (from project initiation to project delivery)
- Dashboard and Metrics - Provide ongoing project metrics like project status report, maintain RCA tracker, estimated vs Actual time consumed etc. Bring new ideas and work with Program Manager to improve current project governance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- SDLC experience in most Agile frameworks like SCRUM, SAFE, Scaled Agile
- Ability to run scrum calls, ensuring Jira framework in place and Jira updates are up to date.
- Effective management and utilization of enterprise resources.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in a business analyst and program management environment required acting as project lead/ manager
- Ownership of project management for the domain
- Experience in the Finance domain is a plus.
- Experience as a Product owner is a plus.
