Channel Sales Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Engineer to work closely with our channel partners, providing technical enablement, training, and pre-sales support. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our partners are well-equipped to sell and implement A10's solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, cybersecurity, and application delivery, coupled with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: Up to $250K USD
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Engineer to work closely with our channel partners, providing technical enablement, training, and pre-sales support. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our partners are well-equipped to sell and implement A10's solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, cybersecurity, and application delivery, coupled with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Enablement: Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and certifications nsure understand and can effectively position A10's solutions
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Assist partners with product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) setups, and solution architecture discussions
- Sales Presentations: Lead technical discussions and presentations at partner events, webinars, and trade shows
- Solution Design & Consultation: Work closely with partners to design and optimize solutions that meet customer needs
- Technical Evangelism: Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they stay informed about the latest product developments and industry trends
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Support the development of partner-focused sales materials, competitive positioning guides, and go-to-market strategies
- Customer Engagement Support: Assist partners in post-sales implementation and troubleshooting when needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, channel enablement, or related technical role
- Strong networking and security expertise, including knowledge of load balancing, DDoS protection, CGNAT, and cloud security
- Hands-on experience with networking technologies such as ADCs, firewalls L3/L4/L7 networking solutions
- Channel sales experience working with VARs, MSPs, or distributors
- Excellent presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus
- Ability to travel (as needed) to support partner engagements and events
