Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for leading the finance and accounting functions for our North American and UK operations. Your ability to partner across the business to connect financial data with business strategy will be instrumental in shaping our future. Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Business Insights & Decision Support: Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Financial Operations: Lead budgeting, forecasting, business case analysis, financial reporting (internal management and corporate), and cash flow management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across regions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the executive team, functional owners, external stakeholders, and corporate contacts to provide actionable financial insights and strategic guidance.
  • Team Development: Mentor and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering accountability, innovation, and growth.
  • Accounting Excellence: Partner with Controller to ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and other relevant standards, maintain strong internal controls, auditing and corporate reporting
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring adherence to global and regional regulations, with an emphasis on US (multi-state)/UK specific compliance requirements.
  • Parent Company Reporting: Effectively manage financial reporting and communication with the publicly traded parent company while maintaining operational autonomy.
