Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Business Insights & Decision Support: Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Financial Operations: Lead budgeting, forecasting, business case analysis, financial reporting (internal management and corporate), and cash flow management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across regions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the executive team, functional owners, external stakeholders, and corporate contacts to provide actionable financial insights and strategic guidance.
- Team Development: Mentor and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering accountability, innovation, and growth.
- Accounting Excellence: Partner with Controller to ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and other relevant standards, maintain strong internal controls, auditing and corporate reporting
- Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring adherence to global and regional regulations, with an emphasis on US (multi-state)/UK specific compliance requirements.
- Parent Company Reporting: Effectively manage financial reporting and communication with the publicly traded parent company while maintaining operational autonomy.
