WHAT WE'LL NEED

We are seeking an experienced UX/CX designer whose passion is creating exceptional user experiences. This person pays high attention to detail and has strong practical knowledge of user-centric design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and design.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively will be key when applying user-centred design principles and best practices to complex scenarios.
  • Stay ahead of the latest design trends, tools and technologies and proactively apply them to enhance our products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Design and prototype user experiences for web (desktop & mobile) and mobile apps using Figma
  • Collaborate in an agile development environment, effectively communicating design concepts to ensure accurate implementation
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, proactively identifying solutions.
  • Passion for user experience and creating best-in-class solutions for users.
  • B2C and QSR experience preferred but not mandatory.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 5-7 years of UX/CX experience, preferably in the B2C or QSR space

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively
  • Open to constructive feedback
