Oracle ERP Technical Consultant (Specialized Application Consultant)
Technical Skills
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues.
Customer Interaction: Responding to business inquiries via email, and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
Log Analysis: Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
Configuration Management: Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules to address specific client requirements.
Patch Management: Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities.
Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices.
Escalation Management: Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams.
Training and Support: Providing basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Testing teams.
Drive instructions to staff and ensure project deliverables and objectives are met.
Good to Have:
Agile way of working, Finance/ Banking industry experience
Certification in Oracle NetSuite ERP Consultant
Lead cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Testing teams
Qualifications:
7-10 years proven experience in Oracle ERP Technical consultation
Strong oral & verbal communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Use all features of ErWin as a data modelling tool
Demonstrate the strong understanding/experience of Finance, Banking domain/data and business scenarios
Develop and implement reusable data framework, reference models, data modeling (operational and analytical), strategies that support business needs
Write strong PL-SQLs by referring functionalities of Informatica jobs
Create and use data models, Software architecture and design
Salary Range- $120,000-$130,000 a year
