As a Supervisor on our Digital Investment team, you'll be a thought leader in the digital media space who helps guide the team through negotiation, execution, and activation of a client's business. This involves having the expertise in all areas of digital media investment principles and applying them to a client's business. Managing the overall budgetary process within the video authorizations is an integral part of the position. You are responsible to employ and continually define the state-of-the-art techniques in the online marketing industry through their deep understanding of digital technologies, a passion for using data to inform creative problem solving. In addition, possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs into campaign objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise development, implementation, negotiation, and maintenance of digital media plans
  • Manage digital budgets across brands, campaigns, partners, etc.
  • Responsible for facilitating each team member's development (Negotiators and Assistants)
  • Manage the flow of client media-related issues. Create solutions and resolve problems
  • Master Media and buying-related technologies, including DSP's, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges
  • Understand client performance objectives and develop successful segmentation and optimization strategies to exceed client expectations
  • Independently drive highly analytical and quantitatively driven techniques to continually exceed client performance expectations, allowing PHD to increase share of budgets
  • Set campaign "strategies", e.g., targeting, bidding, platforms, data usage, ideas, reach based optimization


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years digital media experience, digital experience needs to extend beyond OLV/FEP aptitude including programmatic capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of the media and marketing business, particularly with expertise in the digital investment space
  • Ability to negotiate above and beyond pricing (focus on extracting maximum value out of the marketplace) - research, key content opportunities, exclusive first looks, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of media; how each media element performs alone, how they function together and how they are always changing, how digital is a pivotal contributor to the overall dynamics of media
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • Recent managerial experience in online advertising and managing client campaigns with proven track record of client success
  • Experience managing online Programmatic Channels
  • Experience optimizing marketing campaigns across DSP, DMP, and Ad Serving platforms (Experience working in MMP's foot traffic data is a bonus)
  • Communicate and liaise with our partners (technology, media, and data) to oversee the launch and ongoing execution of the campaigns

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$85,000-$85,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
