Responsibilities Include:
- Execute Product Sales Launches: Oversee the complete sales launch process for new products, collaborating with marketing and design teams to optimize launch strategies.
- Manage Sales Maintenance Activities: Lead the onboarding process for the sales flywheel, manage ongoing sales actions, and make strategic adjustments to distribution strategies.
- Collaborate and Oversee Paid Search Strategies: Work with the marketing team to set and adjust paid search strategies for product launches and ongoing sales.
- Collaborate and Oversee Product Listing Content: Ensure sales-specific listing content and images are optimized for effectiveness, and conduct content grading and refresh processes.
- Plan and Execute Sales Events: Lead planning for yearly and monthly sales events, including deal planning, enrollment, funding approval, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot Sales Issues: Identify and resolve sales-related issues and initiate sales relaunch processes as needed.
- Financial Ownership: Own the P/L of assigned products, ensure financial metrics are met or exceeded, and manage discretionary marketing funds to maximize profitability.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon eCommerce sales management. Vendor Central experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with common Amazon tools such as Keepa, Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
