Description:

Looking for variety and technical challenges? We're searching for an experienced Reliability Engineer to spearhead ongoing operations and maintenance activities at an industrial manufacturing site.

Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducts Critical Equipment Analysis.
  • Manages Critical Spares Inventory.
  • Creates Asset care plans for critical assets.
  • Track and analyzes reliability data on critical equipment.
  • Analyze bad actors and develop improvement plans through data driven methodologies.
  • Develop Maintenance Strategies by equipment types.
  • Supports and Run Maintenance Internal Projects.
  • Updates Engineering and Equipment Drawings and Documents to reflect field conditions.
  • Supports area Maintenance Technicians and Engineers.
  • Identifies and scope's maintenance/reliability improvement projects.
  • Assists with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
  • Supports Purchasing/Goods Receipts/New Vendors/Requisitions.
  • Participates in safety programs and initiatives.
  • Participates in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) including PSSRs, and Management of Change (MOCs).


You'll Be a Perfect Fit if You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical is preferred) from an accredited university.
  • Industrial manufacturing experience in processes such as Chemical, Paper, Metals, Refinery, Pharmaceutical.
  • At least five years of experience in maintenance/reliability.

Compensation and benefits offering:
  • Pay: $100k- $135k a year (based on experience)
  • Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable depending on firm's performance, employee performance, and tenure).
