Talent Acquisition Specialist - 1545

A growing company is seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and executing effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (networking, referrals, online job boards, social media, career fairs, and recruiting firms) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies for every open position.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by effectively communicating its culture, values, and career opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry tools and metrics for success, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Charismatic, persistent, driven, and able to create and redefine processes.
• Logical and able to understand the necessary skill sets for various roles.
