What You'll Do As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product vision for our Employee Purchase Program.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery from conception to launch.
Your responsibilities include:
Product Vision & Strategy: Drive Client's eCommerce initiatives related to employee purchase programs, B2B2C efforts, post-purchase experiences, and internal tool enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, development, UX, risk, and legal teams to formulate ideas, align on corporate vision, ensure technical feasibility, design exceptional user experiences, adhere to security requirements, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Advocate for data-informed approaches to craft solutions that positively impact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Roadmapping & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap; prioritize initiatives, track progress, adapt to changes, manage stakeholder communications, and mitigate project risks to deliver products promptly.
Project Management: Manage project documentation, stakeholder training, and result tracking for new products and initiatives.
Innovative Mindset: Foster creativity and maintain a forward-thinking approach while demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm.
Who We're Looking For To excel in this role, we seek candidates with:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field + 10+ years' PM experience OR Master's Degree + 8+ years' PM experience.
Proven success in developing innovative products and features within the eCommerce realm-preferably focusing on employee purchase programs.
Technical proficiency enabling effective engagement with engineering teams during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Exceptional communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate efficiently within complex organizational structures amidst rapid change.
Analytical prowess complemented by robust problem-solving capabilities and keen design intuition.
