Coordinator Substance Use Disorder

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Coordinator - Substance Use Disorder to join our state-of-the-art facility in Glens Falls. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to support individuals affected by substance use disorders. This includes conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and coordinating treatment services with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation: Up to $45.00
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Education/Experience
Social Work degree required (MSW or BSW) from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education Delete section if not applicable
Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) preferred
Must have working knowledge of mental health and substance use and community systems in New York State.
Minimum of two years working in the mental health field
Knowledgeable about the State Opioid Response Initiative
