Commercial Litigation Associate (Junior level)

An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a junior level litigation associate to join their Philadelphia office. Their Litigation Practice involves all aspects of business and commercial litigation, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, class actions, public and private entities.

Minimal Requirements:

• Admitted to the PA bar
• Excellent Academic credentials
• JD from accredited law school

Ideal qualifications:

• 2 years of commercial litigation experience
• Solid law firm or clerking experience
• Trial/arbitration experience, depositions, and drafting and arguing litigation motions such as summary judgement motions, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions.
• Taking ownership of cases and working effectively as a member of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, research and analytical skills.
