ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Test Engineer to support our Navy customer in Pascagoula, MS.

Position/Job Description:
The HM&E Test Engineer will provide onsite test support in the Following Areas:
o Electrical Systems
o Deck Systems
o Auxiliary Systems
o Main Propulsion Systems
o Damage Control Systems
o Ventilation Systems
o Environmental Systems
o Engineering / Ship Control Systems
Provide installation, operational test, and evaluation support for new construction ships. Support will include, loading software, auxiliary systems, DC systems, vents, drains, overflows, hydrostatic testing, hull fitting installation and testing, AC&R, HVAC, safety devices, food refrigeration, CPS testing, deck hatches and fittings, pull testing, MCS testing, IC equipment and systems, and electrical distribution systems.
Witness Tests, review Test procedures for accuracy and provide input, Test Report review, Test Execution tracking, & Total Ship Management Systems for Sea Trails.
Maintain an electronic database for completed Test Witness Reports (TWR).
Review and evaluate data in completed test reports.
Perform system level testing, evaluation, and related activities.
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation.
Experience Requirements:
7 years Navy program Navy program testing experience to include testing experience with Deck, HM&E, and other supporting equipment.
Navy procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel; supervisory.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering
