Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between marketing strategy and technology implementation, specifically focusing on leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Target. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. You will play a crucial role in optimizing customer experiences, driving marketing effectiveness, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
o Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, detailed functional and technical requirements for AEP, AJO, and Adobe Target implementations.
o Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements related to customer segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, and data integration.
o Document and manage requirements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Support:
o Assist in the design and implementation of data schemas, data ingestion processes, and data governance within AEP.
o Support the development and maintenance of customer segments and audiences within AEP.
o Work with Data engineers to ensure data flows are accurate.
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Implementation:
o Define and document customer journey maps and orchestration rules within AJO.
o Assist in the configuration and testing of personalized customer journeys across various channels.
Adobe Target Optimization:
o Support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
o Define and document test objectives, hypotheses, and success metrics.
o Work with content creators to ensure proper implementation of tests.
Collaboration and Communication:
o Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and other relevant departments.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
o Provide training and support to marketing teams on the use of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
o Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Target.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to 1 work independently and as part of a team. 2
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Experience with SQL is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Certified Expert certifications.
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP).
