Full Stack ServiceNow Software Engineer (Top Secret Cleared)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack ServiceNow Software Engineer with extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification and be proficient in full-stack development within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various business functions while ensuring system efficiency, scalability, and best practices. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance or TS/SCI.

Certified Implementation Specialist certification required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI components, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer processes.
• Build and optimize full-stack applications within ServiceNow, leveraging JavaScript, AngularJS, React, and other modern frameworks.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for ServiceNow to communicate with external systems.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and other modules.
• Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management processes.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and support ServiceNow implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
