The City of Austin is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in helping to maintain the day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations and engagement through coordination of communication efforts, and HR programs.
Associate's Degree or equivalent training with a focus on human resources, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, or related fields.
The City provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as optional coverages like short-term disability, dental, vision, and others. A full range of paid and unpaid leave options are also offered.
