SUMMARY:
Tillys is seeking an experienced Korber (highjump) Warehouse Management System (WMS) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our WMS platform. This role is critical in ensuring our distribution and fulfillment operations run efficiently, supporting omnichannel growth, and enhancing overall warehouse performance. The WMS Architect will collaborate with IT, operations, and third-party vendors to develop scalable, high-performing solutions that align with Tillys' business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
WMS Architecture & Design: Lead the technical architecture, configuration, and optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Integration & Implementation: Oversee the integration of WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement within warehouse operations.
Scalability & Performance: Ensure the WMS can scale with business growth, supporting increased order volume, store replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for WMS-related initiatives, providing guidance to IT, operations, and leadership teams.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with software vendors, warehouse teams, and IT staff to ensure smooth system functionality.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues, optimize workflows, and support ongoing enhancements.
Compliance & Security: Ensure WMS solutions adhere to industry best practices for security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS and/or Experience:
7 years of experience in WMS architecture, implementation, or support within retail, e-commerce, or distribution environments.
Technical Skills: Expertise in leading WMS platforms (e.g. Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Korber, or SAP EWM), SQL, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
Project Management: Experience leading WMS implementation projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, automation, and omnichannel fulfillment processes.
Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, warehouse operations, and leadership teams.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

What to Expect?
Salary Range: $140K-$145K: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.
Based out of HQ in Irvine, CA with a minimum of 4 days in office.
