Job Summary:
The Luxury Auto Dealership Sales Manager at Cincinnati Cadillac - Joseph Auto Group is a crucial role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the auto industry, and a passion for luxury vehicles.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this Full Time Sales job in the Auto industry is $120,000 to $150,000 per year...Salary + Commission. Salary will be based on Experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of luxury auto sales associates, setting goals and providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team, promoting strong work ethics and developing sales strategies to increase revenue
Train and develop sales associates, providing ongoing product knowledge and sales techniques training
Oversee daily sales operations and actively participate in sales transactions, assisting customers and closing deals when necessary
Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Service, and Marketing to create a seamless customer experience
Stay updated on latest auto industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decisions
Be accountable for the overall profitability of the sales department and take necessary actions to meet or exceed established targets
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements:
Prefer a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury auto sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Finance experience required
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Strong business acumen and knowledge of auto industry trends and market conditions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
