In this pivotal role, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, and PCU.
- Develop and implement patient care programs, ensuring high-quality and safe care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional growth.
- Manage budgets and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety.
- Promote change, facilitate redesign, and implement systems and processes.
What you'll bring:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. BSN required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare is required within two years of hire date.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or current MSL is acceptable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
- Experience with collective bargaining units preferred.
- Strong understanding of critical care operations and patient care management.
