Job Objective:
Efficiently designs and develops the infrastructure all of the data needs of the organization. Works closely with the Director of Business Intelligence, CSIO and CIO, to ensure that the data meets the needs of the organization. Responsible for setting up, analyzing, and maintaining organization's data structure. Collaboratively leads the Data Governance for the organization, ensuring the organizational resources are engaged to ensure data integrity, definitions and security.

Required: Six (6) years of healthcare, data analysis and technology related work experience; experience in Power BI Service Data Management

Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and clearly communicate solutions, Ability to collaborate and build consensus with stakeholders, Ability to design and develop data warehousing models sourced from a variety of data sources, Ability to develop new skills and teach/train other staff, Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relations with peers, users and vendors, Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution, Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills to give information to and receive information from co-workers and clients in a professional and tactful manner, Ability to work in a complex multi-communication-channel environment, Advanced database query and program writing using SQL queries with large, complex data sets, Advanced SQL query optimization focused on reducing run times and consumed resources, Critical thinking and an analytical mind, Familiarity with generating and consuming industry standard structured data formats like JSON and XML, Functional programming experience in creating data automation within the NET framework, C# preferred, Skill at tracking tasks, defining next steps, identifying owners, and holding people accountable, Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills, Understanding of the SQL database engine, including interpreting executed query plans and run time statistics
Essential Responsibilities
1.Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
2.Demonstrate, design, deliver, and document multi-platform architecture with a focus on architectural standards, growth, performance, flexibility, reliability, scalability, and security. Identify architectural risks and plans to mitigate.
3.Lead the Data Management team to guide the design and development of tasks.
4.Architect reliable and scalable data platforms, provide standard interfaces to query and support analytics for organization's big security related data sets that are transparent, efficient and easy to access by our varied applications.
5.Administer and manage the Data Governance initiative and system for the organization.
6.Collaborate to ensure data integrity and security. Create systems to keep data secure.
7.Identify areas for improvement in current systems.
8.Coordinate with other team members to reach project milestones and deadlines.
9.Responsible for defining and implementing the technology strategy across Analytics, Big Data, and Cloud platforms, will research and bring current industry trends to the table, evaluating them for both risk and fit to business requirements.
10.Work on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative. Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
11.Architect, design and oversee the development of the database mapping processes.
12.Performs other duties as assigned.
