Role: Senior Principal, Business Consulting
Location: North America
Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, is seeking motivated consulting professionals for its Risk and Compliance Practice at a Senior Principal, Business Consulting Level. Management Consultants seeking long-term growth and career-enhancing opportunities will find both as part of our team of front-runners in Financial Services Consulting.
About the Role
As a Senior Leader in the Business consulting practice, you will strengthen and grow client relationships, operating at the executive and senior management level. You will be steering critical client engagements in the regulatory reporting and change management domain, handling diverse client stakeholders, and working closely with various Infosys teams spread across geographies to successfully drive client outcomes. As a key leader in North America, you will nurture the next generation of leaders and develop the risk and compliance consulting practice.
Responsibilities
  • Deep industry experience and domain knowledge specifically in regulatory change.
  • Experience in leading complex regulatory reporting and change management programs through the lifecycle and identify opportunities to grow the account.
  • Expertise in developing regulatory change operating model, designing strategies, offerings, road maps, governance model and other sales collaterals.
  • Working experience on change initiatives related to key regulations (e.g., Basel, CCAR, BCBS 239, CCPA, MIFID, CECL, NFRR, Dodd Frank, EMIR, GDPR, KYC, Client Onboarding, etc.)
  • Understand key regulatory directives issued by U.S. financial oversight bodies such as Fed, FINRA, SEC, OCC, FRB, CFPB, etc. with an ability to identify and interpret key areas / processes impacted by a specific regulation
  • Define workflow management and enterprise-wide reporting requirements for reports like FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, FFIEC call reports, FR 2052a, Issuer/Position Reporting, etc.
  • Have strong knowledge of 3 LODs in a financial firm.
  • Exposure to platforms and products used to manage regulatory reporting transformation like Axiom, OneSumX, Metric Stream etc.
  • Ability to identify problems, perform analysis, and provide recommendation - current state assessment, gap analysis, design future state, conduct pilot test, roll out of the model.
  • Experience in leading programs with teams of size 5-15
  • Represent Infosys Consulting as a thought Leader in industry forums and events.
  • Being the account anchor and willingness to carry sales and delivery targets towards growing the account(s).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the client organization and Infosys on technology transformation programs and initiatives
  • Leverage your industry connects to grow practice footprint.
  • Lead business development activities ranging from leading or contributing to proposals and developing propositions
  • Work closely with our product alliance partners and collaborate on sales and client engagements
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants. Participate in firm level initiatives around hiring, training and coaching. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and nurture relationships within a matrix organization.
Basic Qualifications
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent required
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 10-12 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Demonstrated transformation experience in the area of regulatory change management in FS industry. Understanding of organization structures, roles and responsibilities. Deep understanding of regulatory landscape and the upcoming Regulatory changes and its impact.
  • Proven ability to confidently interact with senior leadership across lines of Business, Operations and Technology in presenting organization capabilities, practice credentials, value propositions and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and lead oral presentations, anchor business/IT workshops
  • Excellent client relationship management, executive presence, verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects, build strong and effective business relationships
  • Have experience of creating sales collateral and selling to clients.
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree with appreciation for technology

  • Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
Job Description : Associate Partner - Enterprise Cloud Transformation (Technology Transformation Practice)

Infosys Consulting's Technology Transformation practice is currently seeking an Associate Partner with experience in the CIO Advisory - Enterprise Cloud Transformation Space.

About the Role
  • Develop a business case for cloud migration with a good understanding of financial / non-financial benefits and the required investments.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects to conduct assessments, develop cloud migration strategies (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS) and a multi-year journey map covering cloud foundation, cloud migration and cloud operations.
  • Ability to design cloud operating model with a broad understanding of required cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles / responsibilities & organization structures.
  • Technology strategy transformation, "Business of IT" analysis
  • Lead client discussions to define issues and opportunities and then deliver practical solutions.
Responsibilities:

Business Planning: Prepare the business plan for the practice, estimate sales potential, identify key clients, devise geo strategies, identify collaboration opportunities with IBUs, and actively contribute to the business planning of the group.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationship with senior and C-level client executives and expand professional network in client organizations. Should be well acquainted with client`s business situation, able to speak on behalf of the client`s best interests, and countering views of the client executives if necessary. Anchor new and existing client accounts, and interfacing on engagement-level client concerns.

Engagement Delivery and Management: Guide engagement; lead project launch to ensure that the engagement is kicked off smoothly. Provide intellectual leadership and active partner participation for the portfolio of projects, review the progress periodically with the team as well as the client, appropriately intervene in critical situations, and guide the team to address critical issues to ensure that the client realizes the business value articulated at the time of the deal closure. Must be active in the details of the program and have a positive impact on the outcome. Provide review support and guidance for the engagement lead, resolve issues escalated to finalize and conclude the engagement.
Operations: Determine and implement strategy for the practice - where and how to compete and ensure operational discipline to enable practice growth.

Knowledge Management: Author multiple articles that advance the quality of client service and oversee practice level knowledge management activities to lead and propagate a knowledge management culture within management consulting services.

On-Boarding the Team: Provide overview and guidance to the team lead / team in large programs to prepare the team for effective client delivery. Build high morale and a highly effective team. Position programs for success.

Contract Negotiation: Analyze the probability of winning the deal & the criticality of the deal for Infosys, as well as appropriately prepare for negotiations on terms and conditions of the engagement with the client, and obtain confirmation and approval from all internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth closure of the deal.

Proposal Development: Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate Infosys differentiators (like specific consulting frameworks, intellectual property etc.), articulate value proposition, review and fine tune the financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling proposition for the client to engage Infosys.

Opportunity Identification/ Creation: Create/identify multi-million dollar opportunities within existing and new clients using visionary industry knowledge, intellectual capital, background in potential problem areas, knowledge of upcoming regulatory and market changes, and Infosys services offerings in order to create engagement opportunities.

Client Identification: Leverage internal (e.g. IBU contacts, sales teams) and external (e.g. personal networks, professional networks, analysts) channels to identify clients where our services may provide significant business value and help create multi-million dollar relationships for Infosys.

Talent Management: Demonstrate the ability to attract, retain and develop top 10% consulting talent and the next generation of Infosys Consulting leaders.

Recruiting: Plan headcount distribution, identify upcoming skill needs and potential sourcing pools, interview candidates, influence a favorable perception of Infosys as an employer, and decide on offer details to ensure that the practice has the appropriate skills required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have at least 12 years of consulting experience in CIO Advisory / IT Strategy space. Extensive and deep advisory experience in one or more of these areas - Cloud Strategy and Roadmap
  • Broad understanding of the AWS, Azure, GCP offerings and their capabilities to facilitate Cloud service provider evaluation and selection for our clients.
  • Ability of develop a business case for cloud migration with a good understanding of financial / non-financial benefits and the required investments.
  • Experience of collaborating with cloud architects to conduct assessments, develop cloud migration strategies (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS) and a multi-year journey map covering cloud foundation, cloud migration and cloud operations.
  • Ability to design cloud operating model with a broad understanding of required cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles / responsibilities & organization structures.
  • Industry Focus in Consumer Products, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing and/or Life Sciences sector
  • Ability to travel extensively.
