Vivo Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of E-commerce to lead and oversee all aspects of our online sales and marketing efforts. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and expand our digital footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in e-commerce within the health and wellness or pharmacy industry, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and exceptional leadership skills.

Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with Vivo Pharmacy's overall business objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including website management, order fulfillment, customer service, and digital marketing.
- Manage and optimize the online product catalog, ensuring accurate information, competitive pricing, and effective merchandising.
- Drive online sales growth through various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the pharmacy landscape.
- Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including HIPAA and other privacy regulations related to online pharmacies.
- Leads e-commerce group by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area.
- Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
- Participates in client planning processes, analyzes key business initiatives and information needs which support, influence and transform business operations and strategy.
- Collaborates with IT leadership to ensure client plan is aligned with Enterprise plan.
- Participates in development of strategic goals, objectives and plans for clients and IT. Provides leadership in executing those plans.
- Provides leadership in defining the process and service levels delivered to clients. Ensures service levels are accurate and meet client needs.
- Participates in capital and operating budget preparation.
- Reviews monitoring reports to ensure project forecasts are aligned with approved budgets.
- Participates in applicable education and meetings in order to support client needs.
- Provides leadership and knowledge to maintain an accurate Application Inventory which is understood, communicated and supported

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 7-12 years of relevant technical experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on the health and wellness or pharmacy industry preferred.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HIPAA compliance in an online pharmacy setting is a plus.
