Description:
Lead engineering efforts for survey, design, and implementation of solutions
Conduct research on new technologies
Develop architecture solutions and designs
Facilitate technical exchange meetings with customers
Prepare technical documentation and presentations
Develop and implement data networking solutions
Manage infrastructure modernization projects
Mentor junior engineers
Travel for site surveys (2-4 weeks at a time) and installations

Required Skills & Experience
Networking expertise
Security within networking (Firewall / VPN)
7+ years' experience as a Network Engineer
Expert knowledge in Software Defined Networks (SDN)
Experience in complex network topologies
Knowledge of data, network, and transport layers
Systems integration and testing experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to obtain Sec+
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Systems Engineering experience
Linux or Windows experience
Virtualization with VMware
SD-WAN experience
Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
Certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, CCNP, JNCIP, Security+)
