Responsibilities:
- Ensure Pharmacovigilance (PV) compliance with all competent authorities, including but not limited to FDA, USDA-APHIS, EMA, CFIA, as outlined in corporate and BIAH PV SOPs, FDA 21 CFR, USDA 9 CFR, and current European regulations.
- Review, assess, and approve product/adverse event complaints for company products manufactured or sold in the US and submit reports to appropriate authorities as required.
- Support PV Management in areas of Adverse Drug Event (ADE) analysis, PV trending, and/or signal detection.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree required.
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance, regulatory compliance, or veterinary product safety preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA-APHIS, EMA, CFIA regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
