Key Responsibilities
- Build Strategic Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their evolving IT priorities, business goals, and challenges while ensuring a consistent and streamlined communication process.
- Enable IT Professionals for Client Success: Oversee and support Osi Vision's IT professionals to ensure they are properly equipped, aligned with client objectives, and delivering high-quality outcomes that meet evolving priorities.
- Manage Recruiting and Placement Efforts: Work closely with clients to understand workforce needs, facilitate the recruitment and placement of IT talent, and ensure staffing solutions drive long-term success and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Provide insights, guidance, and proactive solutions that create measurable value for clients, leveraging industry best practices to enhance IT performance and minimize disruptions.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor the effectiveness of IT employees assigned to partner projects, gathering feedback and delivering reports to optimize team performance and client satisfaction.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address potential challenges related to IT operations, staffing, or employee performance, implementing solutions to maintain seamless service delivery and partnership success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years of experience in client relationship management, IT workforce management, or a similar engagement role within a technology-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align technical capabilities with business needs and foster streamlined collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and resolving issues swiftly.
- Deep understanding of IT workforce management, business operations, and service delivery in a technology-focused environment.
- Ability to balance multiple client relationships while ensuring IT professionals are positioned for success.
