We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow principles and practices, as well as proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow instances. The candidate will also have a minimum Secret security clearance, up to Top Secret.

Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow instances to meet the needs of the organization
- Develop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
- Provide technical support to ServiceNow users
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
- Maintain ServiceNow documentation
- Work with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems
- Participate in security audits and assessments
- Follow all security protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Secret Clearance
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
- Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow instances
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow principles and practices
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
