  • Salary range for Production Supervisor between $78,000 and $86,000 CAD annually and is based on experience
  • The successful candidate will be working three 12-hour overnight shifts on the following nonrotating schedule : Wednesday 7PM-7AM, Thurdsday 7PM-7AM, Friday 7PM-7AM.


At our facility in Winnipeg you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Production Supervisor :

  • Ensure daily production goals are met, handle workforce planning, account for absences, and approve hours worked
  • Coordinate employee cross-training between positions
  • Maintain communication through floor rounds and logbooks, and lead follow-up meetings to ensure target achievement and accountability
  • Conduct monthly occupational health and safety (OHS) audits, accident investigations, and implement safety improvements
  • Address target shortfalls through KPI management and coordinate action plans to improve performance
  • Support teams in problem-solving and your scheduler in establishing optimal production sequences based on business rules
  • Confirm and resolve anomalies in the computerized operations management systems (CTI, Power BI)
  • Ensure smooth production flow and take action to address any disruptions
